Taking the first step to better health!

Diet and exercise has always been the mantra when anyone talks about being healthy. A 30 minute walk three times a week is what the doctor ordered. Now comes the easy part, all you have to do is start walking, right? Not really, it takes more than just that first step, planning is key if you really want it to work.


How much planning is needed?

Not a lot, but anytime you want to start a new project, a vacation, even a trip to the grocery store you need a plan. You must develop a plan that fits your personal goals, your doctor's guidance, and your schedule. Plan for success.


Tips:

  • select the right gear

  • track your workouts

  • be consistent

  • visualize your goals

  • make it fun

My journey to stay healthy has not been without challenges, the most important thing is to stay focused and always try to stay active. Walking every day for 30+ minutes has been a life-changer, I will always do it as long as I can. Now, let's make it happen.
