How does it work?

Veterans and friendly civilians are welcome!

Veterans Welcome

[ ] Purpose: To motivate daily physical activity of at least a 30 Minutes Walk among all registered members. You can Subscribe HERE.


[ ] Reasoning: Unless there is a strong motivator, humans tend to procrastinate if given the opportunity. Joining a special program or a group like this one that promotes sharing and self-education has been proven to stimulate action and positive results.


[ ] Motivators: The more you know, the better the outcome. 


[ ] How: To share you must become a registered member. If you wish, you may report your own daily workout progress. Every record is visible to all members. Do not enter data, images, or videos that you would not want others to see. Each member is encouraged to complete a daily 30 minutes walk/workout of your choosing in accordance with your own ability and health condition. A short description of your progress with exercise, weight loss, fasting, etc. can be shared here with a short clip (no larger than 30 seconds), and an image (ie. an app print screen, or an action picture of yourself). You will be notified when new posts are published.

[ ] Track your workouts:  Optionally, you may use apps and devices that help you keep track of your progress. I use the Runtastic app for tracking my daily workouts and more. You may also use Google Fit which is free.
