Eating right

Perhaps the most important part of the equation to optimal health is the food we put into our bodies. I live in this body, therefore as a guest or landlord of it, I must maintain it and nourish it to the best of my ability. Let's start there, what level of knowledge do I need to decide what is good or bad as food? The first step is to learn as much as I can about "Eating right". What is good for me may not be as good for you, so we have no choice but to learn more about ourselves, identify our body's capabilities, and feed it accordingly.


The right foods

I have to confess, I'm a fan of low-carb diets, and as such my focus will be on the value of controlling your sugar intake, when to eat, and what to eat.


- identify and learn what foods "hide" sugars

- the difference between good calories and bad ones

- resetting your body to burn fat


The more you learn about how your body works and the effects different foods have on it, the better equipped you'll be to design your own nutritional strategy to optimize it.
